hi job_seeker... actually i have not received the PR visa yet instead they sent to me an email indicating that they are ready to issue my PR visa and they want me to send my passport to the embassy... it is also noted on the email that they will give their best efforts to return my passports...

hi puniajas... we have the same situation since after i received my sinp nomination, i also applied for perm res and work permit simultaneously... did you mean to say that you already got your working visa after 3 weeks only and no medical required? what country are you from?

hi buneri, In my previous application on SINP, it took 7 months before I received my nomination. They received my application last August 2010, then after 6 months they requested for some additional documents and after a month I received the nomination so it took me 7 months.

Hi prettycool, In my knowledge, you were denied for a work permit because you should have an LMO from Saskatchewan. But the LMO can be waived in replace of the SINP nomination. And now that you are SINP nominated already, you can now apply for working visa prior to permanent resident visa...
