I sent my application to CIO-Sydney last May 07, 2010. The CIO received it at May 13, 2010. They replied to me last Oct 7, 2010 :) They are requiring me to submit the full application together with their letter to the Manila Visa Office. Does it mean that i need to pay for the fee again?
