Hi everyone, I won the ADR on July 12, 2018, Received a letter on July 17, 2018 from IAD regarding the ADR decision. Waiting for cic communication. Can any one tell that how long will it take to reopen my file ?

I got refusal letter for my wife. VO believes that marriage was not genuine or was to get privileges. I am going into appeal but can't afford lawyer. Hoping, I will represent myself in IAD. Any advice will be appreciated.

Stupid VO writes the reasons " Relationship is not genuine" and " This marriage is a marriage of convenience" PA got refused.

Unexpectedly , I got Refusal letter today. September 12, 2017. My heart broken. I won't come on this forum for few days to get out from this shock.

What does PFL mean?

On ECAS "Decision made" is showing from last 7 days but there is no decision mentioned, haven't received any email about decision. When I call to find the status over the phone. It says that decision has not made yet. Does any one has any idea that whats going on?

Yes I have requested for notes and waiting for them. Received an email on 6th April, 2017 from IRCC to attend the interview on 15 May 2017 at Islamabad. Me and my wife attended the interview and during the interview IO asked to send additional documents. Which I sent by email and still waiting...
