Yes. Even if only PA is landing first, he needs to show POF for entire family. The fact will also be clearly mentioned in the Instructions that you will receive along with your landing papers. Your family members will not be asked to show POF @ their landing.

Yes. It is better if you get it renewed before getting MR. It will save your time. If you don't do that, NDVO will ask you to do the same.

Have you completed your Medicals? If so, then its' a very good sign and your visas are on your way. If you have not yet completed your medicals then its not good to have decision made status.

What if the university doesn't grant transcript? I completed my B. Com. from Gujarat University. Upon inquiring for transcript, they told me that the same is signed by your college and given by them (that too without envelop) and university don't give any transcript.
