FSW eligibility requires min 1 year work experience. If OP does not have 1 year work experience his/her application will be refused as not meeting minimum entry criteria.

What does the degree equivalency section says? I suspect that WES confused you and your spouse as the same person using different names (maybe maiden name, etc). Otherwise WES won't issue ECA for two people on the same document. Likely you will need to get yours and your spouse's ECA redone.

Assuming you will be the principal applicant, your husband's English score will have little impact on the overall score. Your English score matters much much much more than his. Also, as long as you have enough points, your husband's low English score won't automatically disqualify you. Good luck!

It depends on whether your jobs duties and responsibilities are consistent with your new primary NOC or not. The primary NOC should be the NOC you have most work experience. Your previous ineligible profile should not have any impact on your future PR application.
