Why don't you call the VO London and Abu Dhabi to get their counsel on the matter? In case, you aren't able to reach them in coming days, I would send my passport to VO stated on your PPR letter. I don't think it would be a problem to send your passport with fedex from Pakistan.

Visit the court website or call the court clerk and ask them how for the process for accessing the documents. I got mine by visiting the course website and downloading the form and following all the instructions written on the court website.
