It means anything... thats a normal process the thing is that it varies from VO to VO because I know some poeple who has gotten their PPR without having any changes in thier BG status In my case BG change to: we are processig your BG..... right after my medicals were approved

Most likely it means that someone is reviewing your application for whatever reason... mine in the Review of additional docs it went from we do not need additional docs to not applicable and my BG is like yours since september 17.. lets hope we will hear good news this month

you have to check CIC website choose the countries where you have lived for the last 10 years and if you need to present the police certificates along with your application so be it and if not then CIC will ask for them if neccesary
