Which time/office? I had 11:30am CDT at Manitoba office. I emailed them my digitally signed oath form right away. I got the e-cert instructions email at 12:45pm Mountain Time and it downloaded successfully a couple of hours later (I was trying every hour pretty much).

I had my oath yesterday and my e-cert was available this afternoon (sometime after 2pm Mountain Time).

My journey with the IRCC is over, just downloaded my certificate. Oath was yesterday. My MPs office also called me today saying the IRCC told them it was all done, that was a nice touch. Good luck to all!!! Keep fighting for your files and harass them as much as you are comfortable with!

I got my GCMS notes yesterday (on a Saturday afternoon!) and it was a snapshot of my file just after my GU and before my LPP completed. Seems like my GU was my file being assigned to an agent, there was no other updates that are visible to me. I also had the "PE" removed from my file status...

Mine was almost 10 months between test and LPP completed. I have my oath on Oct 3 and based on other forum posts, I'll be attending with folks that applied over a year after me.

I ended up getting mine after 31 days.
