Hello, I am not sure what documents are being requested here besides ARC. I am guessing that the VISA is not ready until you have provided CIC with what they have requested. I spoke to someone and here is what i found out: ARC is extremely hard to get for persons "deported" from Canada. It...- tdot.champ
