Hi, I recently got my GMCS note and it says that IMM5476 is missing. I did not have any representative involved. So what should I do now? Should I write a letter explaining that or wait or them when they requested? Help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks !

It also dosent make sense to me because I also didn't have any representative, and on my GMCS note it indicate that the form IMM5476 is missing and they will request it from me late on...

Did you send them a letter explaining you didn't have any representative?

Is it necessary to submit the form if your don't have any representative?
