My application was received by CIO on May 10. So far I haven't received any information. However they gave me my UID over the call center. I also sent them an email more than two weeks ago but no reply :-( What should we do?

I called them and got my UID. But when I checked online, it says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided". Can anyone help?
