As my NOC 1112 cap reached. How long they may take to return my application package? Anyone here from Bangladesh/India got their application package back? In which way they send it? Normal post or courier like DHL/Fedex?

Hello, My application (NOC 1112) was received by CIO-Sydney, NS on 30.05.2013. As the cap reached (probably 27.05.2013), I am sure that I did not fall within the 300 limit. So when could I get my application package back? Should I encash my DD by the photocopy?
