Hi Amikety, Thank you for your reply. But i saw some threads that shows a little hope for my cousin. :) I hope I can hear from them and know at least a few first steps that they took to get where they are now.

I have a cousin who is illegal immigrant in the US and we have family that are based in Vancouver and he wants to move to Canada and see if he can apply for this program. Can anyone please help us figure out this? Is this possible that he can apply for provincial nomination program here in the US?
