I have a question. some of my friends are asking me to wait until the intent rule is dismissed just in case, we move out in future (there is no plan). not sure, should I wait ?
I have seen the link and gone thru it.
However, I wanted to avoid missing fine prints there.
I would still request someone if can put up the list who has applied recently.
Thanks again
Someone must have discussed / listed the documents that should be submitted with citizenship application. But I could not find.
Can you please let us know what all documents do we need to submit with initial application? And what are the forms?
Thanks
If you have a green card, you would declare it under 6D on your citizenship application.
If you don't have a green card yet, and an application is in process in USA, you will contradict intend to reside.
Hope this helps.
Thanking both of you.
One other question... What does "passport and/or travel document" mean? I have some visitor Visa which I used couple times to enter USA. Now do I need to incIude visa copies as visa is also part of "travel document"?
Thanks

Thanks!!
I had called and was quoted this link by them. They said... with that bench-marking, one has to attend the course and get a certificate of completion with the required level which will be accepted. The assessment, even if shows a clb of 4 or higher is not acceptable.
Btw, this is certainly an...
Not sure if you are referring to the assessment on English language based on which you are recommended LINC course - unfortunately it is not acceptable.

I would write a covering letter describing that the “online” course was offered and administered by ABC org from India and I attended it while trying for jobs in Toronto.
On a separate paragraph I would clarify stating that I have attached proofs of my physical presence and then I would submit...

I think of it in this way... why cut close... processing time for 80% cases is 25 months without RQ. That's about 750 days! wow!! applying for citizenship at 1095 days or even 1150 days... just 55 days apart which is about 7% time delayed wrt total standard processing time. why bother? just...
