I am with you in same boat however, my status has been changed to be "In Process" in FEB'10 , & NOTHING at all since then. no 2nd AOR, no calls, even I've sent couple of sepcific enquires but nothing at all.... LONDON Visa office is so damin slow... I'll keep u updated all the best

the status of "In Process" in the new system means your job has been accepted as it is in the listed 38 NOCs then they will check for minimum requirments (Points, Background , Security, medicals) Good luck
