Hi, For my husband's immigration pictures (we had to submit 9), he wrote on the back of only ONE picture, his name, date of birth, and the date of the picture was taken.

I, the sponsor (female) did most of the work ;D. I had to create a checklist for my husband of what he needed to complete before he send everything back to me (i.e. signed forms, medical, police certificates, etc..). I had fun organizing the entire package, looking at all the phone bills, cards...

I sent our pictures loose and organized by event, placed in envelopes for different events (i.e. wedding, trips, etc...). I also labelled the back of each photo, who, what when, where. I also made a photo reference sheet to make it easier for the IO reviewing our application.
