Just landed yesterday (May 10, 2015) at Toronto International Airport. I was just asked for the COPR, Passport and Proof of Address (Driver's License). Very straight forward landing. It took only about 3-5 minutes as it was almost midnight. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting for their PR.

OMG. I have just raised a ticket with Canada Post as my Xpresspost has not arrived yet. Tracker says out for Delivery since Apr-9-2015 but I hvae not received it yet. I am soooo concern right now ... my passport and copr is in there. OMG .. soo worried!

It actually says: The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. So not really the timeline. I believe it starts from the day they receive your file.

If it is a closed work permit then your company will require to apply for an LMIA to change your occupation to another category and then apply for a new work permit. The restriction is written anyway in your work permit.

You will get it before April 20, 2015. Did you not cancel your BOWP application? I think they can still refund you the application fees.

For Visa Exempt - they will normally just send your COPR by mail. You should get it soon - 1 week from now.

ECAS Status has now changed to Decision Made. I received PPR last night at around 9:37pm. Happiest moment in my life. I am almost there. Good luck everyone.

Did you order GCMS? It should tell you whether there is something to worry or not. Otherwise, the forum members can only speculate.

If it is full time at 40 hours per week and now completed 17 months ... then you are qualified.. I do not get why you are worried. CEC requires a minimum of at least 12 months for full time?!

Does that mean you worked part time for the past 12-17 months? If you did, then calculate your total hours. It should be at least 1,560 hours. If not, then you need to work more weeks to reach 1,560 hours.

I am afraid there is nothing you can do with this but start all over again through EE. They returned your application as the capped has been reached. You can appeal if you want to but on what grounds?
