Do they need letters from client on the letter head or just reference so that they can verify the details? Getting a reference letter on a client's company letter head could be very difficult indeed.

In recent email from CIC, they said quote file number with any information you provide. I provided them a cover letter and the supporting docs. Should i have added the file number on top of ALL documents? or is it OK to have mentioned in the cover letter? Thanks for your time and early response.

The addition information was something they missed in my form so had to send an explanation. Just to confirm the bio data form is different than what I have got? Thanks
