I took IELTS on 29th oct 2011,when I was in 3rd year of graduation .I got a message to my mobile from IDP regarding my result on 11/11/11 at 11:11 AM . and this year I have received my passport with visa on 12/12/12 .

Actually I had applied through Canam Hyd , on 23rd Nov I had filed . My file was passed from Canam Hyd to Canam Chd on 26th Nov ,then they moved my file to CHC through vfs Chd and it reached to CHC on 3rd Dec. So My file had experienced a long journey and finally it came back to me with visa on...

Thanks alot to one and all for your wishes ... :) My file reached CHC on 3rd Dec and passport was dispatched on 10th of Dec ,and I received it today ,exactly at 11:52 AM , but I opened it at 12:00 PM

No, mine is under processing ...

PP reached CHC on 3rd Dec and is under processing, I handed over my documents to Canam Hyd on Nov 23rd, it was passed to Canam Chd and from there it went to CHC via vfs , A very big route map... don't know whats gona happen with my application ..

travellers cheque ?

Even mine is also under processing, dont know when will i get , cheque in the sense ?

I heard that it doesn't take much time to open international student account while in India,and will take atleast of 2 weeks to get welcome kit ,and after reaching Canada we should go to concerned branch and make our account active. And only one wire transfer is allowed untill it becomes active...

Did anyone opened an account in Scotia bank , not for GIC but just as normal international account ?

Under Economy class Emirates allow maximum of 2 bags of 23 kgs each which is checked baggage and 7 kgs of Cabin baggage .
