Hi, There will be no problem as long as CIC received your application before the expiration date. CIC received my application Mar 17, 2014 and my IELTS expiration date is Mar 30, 2014.

Hello, For me, I will suggest you to take the exam while you still have enough time. It is better to be prepared than sorry in the end. You will never know if they will ask for it or not. To be in the safe side, take the exam :)

Hello, Just follow the checklist for the documents needed for CIC. In the checklist they will mention it there what they require: copy or original For the copy, notarization is not required.
