    New Temporary Foreign Worker Program

This is disappointing. I wish people from developing countries would just say a big f-u to Canada. This is horrible.

CEC full time one year hours confusing...

The tricky part to me is what CEC means when they say that part time work can count as long as it is equal to full time work. Do they mean it is equal on a weekly basis? That is, you have two part time jobs and each week you work at least 30 hours PER WEEK. Or do they mean over the course of the...

Bill C-24 Second Reading on February 27th:

Rule number 1 in academia is not to have ad hominem attacks, you silly twat. I am not in academia but neither should you be. No PR is demanding anything, you short-sighted imbecile. PRs are future citizens...voting blocks. If there is enough strategic mass behind the protest, it maybe...

Bill C-24 Second Reading on February 27th:

I definitely hate PRs who are only protesting because it's inconvenient for them and they'll have to stay in Canada for longer. I loathe PRs who get their status and then only fulfill minimums. I wish they would just have their status revoked. My concern is that if the government removes the...

Bill C-24 Second Reading on February 27th:

I'm glad you weren't around during the civil rights movement. You are, as a human, unnecessary. The majority of PRs are not protesting to the Bill because they are entitled to a better treatment. They are protesting because they feel they will be treated unfairly and unethically. I am a PR and...

Expired PR but want to relocate now

So...basically, you got what you wanted, without doing what was required of you. You applied to get PR, clogged the application process for people who genuinely wanted to stay here, and then moved out of the country. Then, you did not renew your card. and now you want to know how to trick the...

    1. OVERALL limit, for all NOCs combined is 12000. 2. Each occupation, within each NOC has a 200 limit. 3. Some occupations that fall under otherwise eligible NOC B are not accepted (see the website.) The most important number is the overall limited. The second most important nuimber is the...

    IELTS Score

-SIGH- This is crazy. The requirements say you need minimum of 6 in all categories. You do not have a minimum of 6. So, you need to reappear. Why is this concept so difficult for people?

BOWP: IS there an OHIP 3 months grace period

Your OHIP is valid ONLY as long as your work permit is valid. There is no implied status or grace period. You won't have to wait three months, but if your work permit takes longer to come back, you'll be without OHIP for that time.
