Thanks for updating the spreadsheet. Not sure if we track fingerprint submittal but I submitted my FP today May 29 via Commissionaires. They said CIC should have it within 2 weeks or so. thanks!

I recently found this link, seems you only need it notarised if your Visa office requires it. so that will depend on your country etc. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/letter.asp
