did you receive the acknowledgment? means first track the courier company for your passport acknowledgment.

Just consider the date when you send your application, send your complete work experience detail from the date of your application send. But remember! it will be better to send your complete detail since 2001 to 2010 whether are you studying or working? send them all.

Yes i am pre-june applicant, For case closing letter received from my embassy in which they inform me that "CIC office will refund your fee within 8 to 12 wks" but...... :(

this is not the withdraw case, actually my case has been closed because i couldn't submitted my file within time. for my case closing a letter has already been received in September-10. and they mentioned for my fee refund but still no refund....

yes you are right, but more than 12 wks have been passed but no refund, I already contact on below mentioned address but e-mail returned back with error that "e-mail address has been closed". Please inform if you have any other option. fsw-centralized-intake-office @ cic.gc.ca.
