Is anyone aware if an upfront medical examination can be used to support a PR application? My folks are going back home next, and I thought of having them do an upfront medical rather than wait for CIC.

Same as well. Like, oh thanks, CIC for telling us something we already know. The fact that they are NOT even trying to put more resources in finalizing the backlogs is absurd.
