Yes, you are correct cabalen, Each province has its own independent law irregardless it's neighboring provinces law. That is why different application is needed for specific province if apply for RP.

As i remember my agent said to me, only those skilled worker are privilege to take PR after 6months.. Those are managers, supervisors and a like. For those who are non-skilled worker, they will have push their position to supervisory for the privilege.

If your contract stated repatriation already.. You will not be needing any addemdum.. But if not, you might be wanting to ask your employer to include it in your contract so that no more addendum should be done and fewer will be spent in your poea visit.

Bibigay talaga yung addendum form sayo sa 1st step plang if they found no repatriation stated in your contract bago ka punta ng owwa for the pdos... :)

@cyclops78 sa ortigas ako, kaya lang kanina ako nag punta for the assesment and checking ng mga requirements ko, bukas pa ako schedule for the pdos.. 8am..
