Hi, Applying for PR the main applicant has 3 children the eldest being 19 years and youngest is 6 years old. Want to know whether there is any age restriction for dependent children or the entire family can get PR if main applicant is successful. Thanks

That's not the case . I guess you didn't get what i wrote about that person. He was short on RO entered via land route and now he will meet RO and apply for renewal.

He was not meeting RO but entered via US and have stayed in Canada after expiry of PR Card and will renew PR once his RO is complete.

Thanks for detailed reply. Sponsoring second wife is out of question but the children from second wife can be sponsored right? the father is a PR not a citizen and the Children from second wife were born after he got PR

Hi, Its mentioned in guide to attach copy of valid passport as primary id , just want to confirm that only first page of passport is required and not the complete passport. and apart from that only photo and checklist is required right ? thanks

If one is outside Canada since Febuary stuck due to suspension of Air Traffic and the health card is expired . Is it possible to renew the health card online or one has to appear in person at Service Canada.
