Wrong. For online BOWP application, you must (very very important) upload your AINP certificate and you can do it under the optional portion under the explanation. That's the way CIC determines if you have any restrictions in your nomination. There are two entries under the optional portion...

You were refused on your first application of BOWP, right? I think, the reason for your refusal on your first application of BOWP is that you are under employer-driven AINP. I read about your previous comment on the other thread to justify the consistency of your replies here.

My dependents' medical will expire in Feb 10 but they are all here in Canada already. I would expect for their medical reassessment then.

She can't apply anymore for BOWP as her permit expired. We will see if she'll get her status restored but in my opinion I doubt it. Worst thing is CIC will order her to leave the country.
