Hi Zion I don't hear from cic yet ( In- canada )mine was submitted nov 2011 I have dependant back home, but my daughter contacted by the embassy back home and had her medical last week , but here I haven't heard a word from cic.

aw initial assessment waiting is back at 10 months of waiting!! till now havent heard from cic vegreville :( application was sent nov 21 2011

hello guys i applied nov 21 2011 and still waiting for 2nd stage and it may take a while for 2nd stage if u have a dependant back home.

hello everyone!! been 6 mos since aip , called cic today agent told me the latest i will hear from them is may this year for my 2nd stage,, congrats ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D to everyone who got their 2nd stage and for those who arent lets keep crossing our finger! lol

ji carol! smy daughter is 10 yo and shes accompanying as my dependant, theyre doing the background check for me and for her i think. and thast what cic told me they will just forward an instruction to her custody and still waiting , keep me posted and its nice to meet u here as well! merry...

ty! glad got owp so i can work for now and make my self busy :) i call them the other day , agent said my file is still in vegreville and still doing background check for me and my dependant back home, i hope its not morethan 6 mos to wait..
