    October 2016 - Citizenship Applicants

My husband's oath ceremony is on Wednesday. I am a bit nervous as it's at 1:30pm and my toddler usually naps around then. Can anyone tell me what the reception is like? Thanks!

USA Illegal immigrants migrating to Canada

My husband was in the states illegally when we did the fingerprints. It wasn't risky at all - it's totally fine. When can you apply?

I was just on the CIC website and read that you cannot apply until you've been a permanent resident for at least 2 years. I know you must be a resident for three years before you get citizenship. Does this mean you can mail your app early because of long processing times? Or can you only mail...
