I have another suggestion. since this is extra-ordinary case, try to do something extra-ordinary as well. try to register in IELTS test again, and get score more than 7.5, that will give you total 16 english points and you will be fine even without any points of adaptability....

Actually the letter I got from ISB embassy is said employment certificate, and according to my interpretation , employment certificate means experience letter. you can confirm this interpretation by yourself if you want :)
