Yes, I'm applying for my PR soon and I needed to know how much the fees are and which ones do I pay? My situation is my wife and son are canadian and I'm an american citizen, and I lived there back in 06 for ten months on a visa for the birth of my son. Are these months counted towards my PR?

On the sponsorship side of the application, does my wife need to have X amount of monies in a canadian account in order for myself to reside in canada?

Thanks for the input, I would also like to know if I apply here can I apply for a visitor pass as well for the remaining months. I won't work of course till my PR is approved but is this possible to do both? --Apply for outside PR and visitor pass like four months later?
