I live in Edmonton, AB. I applied for PR through Moscow that's why I was supposed to send it to Moscow or go there to get visa. But they arranged it with Seattle now, so all I need to is to send my passport to Seattle for visa. sorry for not being clear :)

I see, thank you for your reply. I will try to appy for a restoration without a granted LMO but with a proof in the beginning of september, maybe by then I will get a reference number if not then just a proof. Hope it all works out. CIC must understand that nowadays it does take up to 3 months...

Hi guys, does anybody know how long does it take to get a file number for lmo? my wp got expired and i am on amplied status right now. I just got a job who is willing to apply for an lmo but as i know in order to apply for a wp i need to have at least a file number for lmo. please help!
