Hey guys, do any of you know how long it takes CIC to send out a confirmation of receipt letter for Proof of Citizenship Certificate applications submitted in Canada? It's been a month and the letter is required by the Cdn embassy to issue a baby temp Cdn passport. Thanks!

Just a small remark: no more wallet size citizenship cards will be issued, only letter size paper certificates. Since the end of 2011 or beginning of 2012...

In some fields, like when it's a "if Yes, explain" and you answered "No" above, no need to put N/A... I never put N/A in my forms, as long as all questions were answered never had any problems though N/A won't hurt

You're welcome. Yes, the CIC call centre agents can see that the ceremony notice was mailed and the date and time of the ceremony. But you know, in my case the notice came super fast just on the next day after been sent out! You never know how fast and how well CIC's internal case tracking...
