hi rimpy i submitted my passport on 2nd march to delhi chc and thye got it on 4th march and i got it back on 27 th march with visa stamped.. as same as you they requested my passport with forigen travel form and ropr fee after the completion of medicals. in some cases passport take much longer...

in my case i have only 30 to send my passport to chc delhi for visa.

i think there is one affidavit in support of these name to consider as same.

after getting the certificate of nomination

sent passport on 3rd march to chc delhi.. got visa stamped on 23 march. over all chc delhi takes 45 days in total processing after ainp approval

nomination certficate also have expiry date of 6 months, so u have to submitt ur application before expiry..if ur able to get pnp certificate

i completed my bachelors degree in 4 years insted of 3 . and i wrote 4 .. they accepted it. and in next optimus is rite... u state present.. as i did.

your processing time of application is depends upon .. how well u presents ur application.. so its better to include a cover latter before check list but no write to much just .. like table of contents and ur name and ur sponsar name. i also did same and my application is processd reallyfast

you can study and u have every rite as other canadian permanent residents.. it is celarly mentioned in application guide.
