no they wont call you for interview i dnt think so because you said they wrote your visa is ready to issuance

yes dont send untill they ask for REPCC, just send requested docs.

it depands but if you are more lucky then you can have your visa in 2 to 3 months time

in some wife cases they dont ask REPCC, most in husband cases

normal docs request from CHC like repcc, imm forms, update etc, goes to visa section so you dont need to worry about it, just write Canadian High Commission Visa Section Islamabad when you will check by TCS tracking number you will see Nasir will be receiving your docs :D
