nix1 I mailed my passport same day (21 JULY). I also included the express mail self addressed envelop . Make sure USPS uses the new express mail stamp which costed me around 17 $. I had same thoughts that my passport might get delayed but seems NY is quick . One more thing in my passport...

Is it possible that a person lands in alberta before visa expiry date for a weekend and gives friends address based in toronto. In such case will they send the PR card to toronto address or it is mandatory to provide Alberta address? Any thoughts?
