I am not sure if everyone from ant country can make TRV on line.you can fill up questionaire on line and see if u qualify to apply on line for your spouse TRV.if you are eligible to make an on line application,u will be asked to send your passport at later stage.hope it answers your question...

@ rawalpindi, you don't need to take expired passport with you as it has no value.it is just an extra weight u will be carrying.but if you still want to take it,its ur choice :)
