It varies from case to case. Depending on your case you may receive a request for medicals as soon as 1 month after sending your full application. It may also take as much as 6 months or even more. Good luck!

Assuming you have not sent your full application yet. I would suggest to get it delivered to your own address and send it along with your full application to your local visa office.
