I'm not the expert but meeting LICO is the basic requirement to be qualified for super visa. In my experience visa officers dont accept only employment letter or anything other than your last year Tax return. May be some people get through only with employment letter but very rare

It all depends, I had only 10,000 in my bank account and my mother in law deposited $3500 on the same day we opened her bank account in home country so her bank statement was literally only one day old that we submitted. She got her visa within 28 days.

Did you get medical request before refusal or it was refused without asking for medical. I think there is no appeal option for super visa refusal. Did you send your TAX return as proof of income or only employment letter because only employment letter is not enough

Congratulations Officer will ask you just normal questions in the interview, such as what do you do, how many kids do you have, how old are they? Officer only needs to know if you can have basic english communication

It depends where you live, I think they have affiliated office in Mississauga and Scarborough somewhere and if you go there they charge minimal fee around $50 extra and take care the whole process. I had my daughter's visa within 2 days
