Hi, Oh that's a waste of time, that's strange they refused u, Yala inshallah u get it back by courier faster, did u take the tracking number for the 2 ways? my wife passport is in its way back to Iraq, maybe tomorrow or after tomorrow she receives it inshallah I also booked her flight to Canada!
