Hi all, Can anyone tell me any more information about this and how much delay it is causing? My wife and I are awaiting the approval of our family class sponsorship but life now is still affected by any delays (possible time sensitive job promotions etc.). Anybody know anything??? Thanks! :)

My wife, whom I am sponsoring, has just renewed her passport and the number is different as is the exp. date. where would I send it?? To CIC or to the office in Peru?? Thanks everyone!

That's exactly why I am asking...we have been here on a visa for over a year. I sent the office an email asking them the same thing so hopefully they can either give me a switch or clarification. Big difference.....peru is 12-15 months whereas usa is 8 months standard processing time.

I have a question...I was married before (12 years ago) and the PR application sponsor info asks for her address and birthdate. As I haven't spoken to or seen her in over a decade I lack this information. With no idea where she is or anything about her what am i to do in filling out the forms...

i am a canadian citizen currently residing in peru with a permanent resident card here. i don't believe i have to be residing in canada to sponsor. is that correct? I am still seeking info of which address to put on the forms...canadian one or peruvian one? thx all!!

Hey, I am currently living in Peru with my Peruvian wife and we are looking to return to Canada to live and have/raise our family. my 2 questions are as follows: #1 as i live in peru i do not have a canadian income but do hold funds in a bank account to cover support needs...will this work...
