Have anyone applied for a refund now that the case is unsuccessful for applicants. My question is how do you go about getting your money back.

My VO is Kingston,Jamaica my file was deleted from January 1,2013 and unfortunately it has not returned on the E-Cas system. I don't know what to think as several persons files that were deleted were restored without status information recently.

It seem you are in the few that have hear from the embassy lately. I sent several enquiries to which i didnt get any reply. Its been 5 long yrs of waiting with no end in sight.

It seem as if all those persons that have recently recieved their request are from another hemisphere. While the visa office in Jamaica seem to be dead as no one from here have posted any response to recieving medical or update request. JAMAICANS WHERE ARE YOU??????
