AVR means AUtomatic Visa Revalidation Rule....this is a rule that will allow those who are in the U.S with expired visa and has nstill legal status to be able to go to Canada/Mexico and come back to u.S with expired visa....check rules regarding this if it applies to you...

can you exactly state what month you sent your pp? i sent my pps and fees and prepaid last feb and they receieved it feb 24, 2012. they cashed the checked last march 1, 2012. me ecas changed to decision made last march 30. until now i still dont have my pprts back....there was one blogeer he...

hey don't worry...i spoke itself to the immigration and infact got an email answer from them that it is okay to use AVR as long as you do not go outside the u.s more than 30 days and you do not apply visa stamping while outside u.s.a. also as long as you are going with in canada or mexico..

why? you scared to use the avr? had you had previous h1 visa stamped before? if you did where was your 1st stamping done?

it says in process in ecas but they have cashed my money order already last march 1

I sent my ppr last february 23 and have not rec it back yet.
