Is there any other considerations we have to take into account? Because according to my understanding CHC will not let you waste your money in medical tests if they know that your visa is going to get rejected... :-[

If you get your medical call and you are 100% sure you are in good health, does it mean you are going to get the visa or is there any assessment other to be done by the CHC?
