In my Ecas, " medical results have been received" as third line.. while second line was " we have started processing on dtd......"... But as in ur Ecas, third line is already added, i think its not big issue... NDVO, by msitake, for gotten to add second line....Otherwise,everything goes on...

Its clearly mentioned in email that if u dont receive medical forms within 48 hours, please inform us on the same email id from which they have sent u an email... Also u can raise CSE through portal and attach the email u received without medical forms.In CSE, u can write "very urgent " on top...
