I did. Sent it may 31st, got my passport with visa stamped July 12th. Anyway, goodluck auto and hs202, hope you'll get yours too as soon as possible.

^I agree with auto. since you're still on a work permit, I guess indicate that you're a worker. If you still had doubts, better call CIC to make sure. Plan to stay-- expiry date of work permit. Hope this helps!

@kcire: whew, good thing you still got it. Same issue as yours, CIC call centre gives me different responses all the time. I was worried too that they didn't asked for anything else, except my passport. So the next call I make, I made sure that that's the ONLY thing I need to attached online...

If you're work permit is still valid then no need to fill out the application to change conditions etc. just the application for temporary resident visa form on the website and the other documents required. Are you going home? If so, be adviced that they have encountered lots of delay for visa...

I wasn't expecting it yet, as per their website when I checked they were only processing until March 4, 2011 but I send my application by March 13. Nonetheless, I rcvd it at that time, a bit earlier than what is indicated on the website.. Goodluck you'll get yours soon.

^Exactly the same thing that the agent told me, when they need extra docs they will just email and inform me. I haven't heard from them since then and on the 2nd week of May I rcvd my permit. Also checked the timeline from time to time, to make sure if they're working on your case already...

I rcvd my work permit thru mail. No additional documents were asked just the passport pages that I send on my initial application. I sure hope you'll get yours soon too. Don't send it twice, you maybe wasting your money, Just make sure you contact them and have them checked if they can view...
