I the medical screening might help me dael with

Cholestrol , Sugar , lipids e.t.c. if they are checked for as these parameters can be controlled through medication

Earthy, regardless of the whole immigration thing - don't you think it would be a great idea to get your health concerns checked out just because you are worried about them?  

It's like getting chronic chest pains but ignoring them because you don't plan on travelling anywhere.

Ignoring immigration for a moment, clearly if you have medical worries get them checked as soon as possible.

My friend if someone has no medical issues but as a safety if wanna get some tests done before appearing for immigration medical ,thats ok
