Ik took a one month training on his site, and I had very nice results!
(speaking: 8, reading: 8, listening: 8, writing 6.5)

I like the website, because it prepared me very well, without me having to search other websites, information, ...
But I think the best thing to keep in mind, is that you have to practice to work fast enough!
