Dear senior members,

All senior members of this forum are kindly requested to help me in the following issue; spouses's level of education. In the website is written:

•   Secondary school (high school) diploma or less: 0 points
•   A one-year diploma, trade certificate, apprenticeship or university degree, and at least 12 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 3 points
•   A two or three-year diploma, trade certificate, apprenticeship or university degree, and at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 4 points
•   A master's degree or PhD and at least 17 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 5 points

It is confusing for me. My wife has graduated from teacher training college and has got 14 year of full time studying, 12 year in high school, and 2 year in college. But the problem is that the college does not issue the certificate for graduates in our country Afghanistan. Only we have got the high school diploma. So my question is that how much I shall score for her 12 year studying from high school. I need 3 points.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

Best of luck

That's weird, why would they not certificate studies? Anyways, if she doesn't have anything but the Secondary School diploma then she'll be scoring 0.

My wife has graduated from teacher training college - what was she issued?
•   A one-year diploma, trade certificate, apprenticeship or university degree, and at least 12 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 3 points
If it is a trade certificate she might get 3 points for you.
