Hello can somebody help me here. Appreciate your comments......
My question is regarding my school diplomas and TOR. I am working here in Singapore and I have all the papers with me certificates, diplomas and TOR but the problem is from the checklist those school certificates and diplomas must be submitted in university sealed envelops. What does it mean can further explain it to me. Does it mean I need to get new from them sealed or just the envelop itself? Or what?

You need to have another copy of your post secondry transcripts/detailed marksheets in the envelop that is sealed (has a seal on its openning) from your institutes, pretty hard task buddy....
If you cant do it, write down an explanation letter, that y couldnt u submit ur transcripts like this alongwith your documents to the CIO. BE ORIGINAL

Oh dear....Anyway thanks buddy for the advise pretty hard task but i think follow better than cause rejection.
